EXCHANGES: ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED WITH AN RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO BEING RETURNED. To request an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number please fill out the form at the bottom of this page, if you have any questions about exchanges you may email us at

Due to the nature of our business, we only accept exchanges with an RMA Number if the product is in its original package and has never been worn (except to verify that the size is correct). Items that show any sign of use including dirt or stains of any type, evidence of being washed or products that were not properly folded and repackaged like new will not be exchanged.
Exchanges made for a different size will be issued the same model costume in the correct size only. Exchanges due to defect or damage during shipment can be exchanged only for the same product and size.RMA Number must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product for exchanges.We must receive the product back within 30 days of the purchase date.The buyer is responsible for original shipping fees and for shipping the costume back to us. We will cover re-shipping the correct size to the buyer.Your return must include the RMA Number on the outside of the box or your package may be rejected.Please include a brief description of the reason for your exchange which includes the correct size if exchanging for another size.

Due to the nature of our business, we only accept returns with an RMA Number if the product is in its original, sealed packaging and has never been worn. All products that are returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (This does not apply to exchanges for a different size product)
